1. Controller

Controller is the brain of automatic production line. The controller of automatic production line is composed of program counter, instruction register, instruction decoder, time sequence generator and operation controller. PLC adopts a kind of programmable memory, which is used to store programs, execute user-oriented instructions such as logical operation, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation, and control various types of machinery or production processes through digital or analog input/output.

2. Robots

Robot is the executor of automatic production line-robot, and robot is a mechanical device that automatically performs work. It can accept human command, run pre-programmed programs, and act according to the principle program formulated by artificial intelligence technology. Its task is to assist or replace the task of human work, such as manufacturing, construction, or other dangerous jobs. Robots generally consist of actuators, driving devices, detection devices, control systems and clothing machinery.

3. Servo motor

Servo motor is the muscle that provides power for automatic production line. Servo motor refers to the generator that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system, and it is an indirect speed change device that subsidizes the motor. Servo motor can make the control speed and position accuracy very accurate, and can convert voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the controlled object.

The rotor speed of servo motor is controlled by the input signal, and it can respond quickly. In automatic control system, it is used as an executive element, and has the characteristics of small electromechanical time constant, high linearity and starting voltage, and can convert the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft.

It can be divided into two categories: DC servo motors and AC servo motors. Its main feature is that when the signal voltage is zero, there is no self-rotation, and the rotation speed decreases at a uniform speed with the increase of torque.

4. Sensors

Sensors are the sense of touch of automated production lines.

Sensor (English name: transducer/sensor) is a kind of detection device, which can sense the measured information, and can transform the sensed information into electrical signals or other required forms of information output according to certain rules to meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control. It is the first step to realize automatic detection and automatic control.

In the process of modern industrial production, especially automatic production, various sensors should be used to monitor and control various parameters in the production process, so that the equipment can work in a normal state or state and the quality of products can be achieved. Therefore, it can be said that without many excellent sensors, modern production has lost its foundation.

5, frequency converter

Frequency converter is the switch of automatic production line.

Variable-frequencyDrive,VFD (VFD) is an electric power control device that uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology to control AC motor by changing the frequency mode of motor working power supply.

The frequency converter is mainly composed of rectifier (AC to DC), filter, inverter (DC to AC), braking unit, driving unit, detection unit and micro-processing unit. The inverter adjusts the voltage and frequency of the output power supply by turning on and off the internal IGBT, and provides the required power supply voltage according to the actual needs of the motor, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation. In addition, the inverter has many protection functions, such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overload protection.

6. Solenoid valve

Solenoid valve is the switch of automatic production line.

Electromagneticvalve (solenoid valve) is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetism, and it is an automatic basic element used to control fluid, belonging to actuators, not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic.

Used in industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of medium. The solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to realize the expected control, and the control accuracy and flexibility can be ensured.

There are many kinds of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The commonly used ones are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves and speed control valves.

7. Industrial cameras

Industrial cameras are glasses for automated production lines.

Generally, industrial cameras are installed on machine assembly lines instead of human eyes to make measurements and judgments, and the targets are converted into image signals through digital images, which are transmitted to special image processing systems.

The image system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the action of the equipment on the spot according to the result of discrimination.

8. Instruments and meters

Instrumentation is the regulating system of automatic production line.

Instrumentation Instruments are instruments or equipment used to detect, measure, observe and calculate various physical quantities, material components and physical parameters. Vacuum leak detector, pressure gauge, length measuring instrument, microscope and multiplier are all instruments.

All kinds of instruments and meters are needed in the automation factory, such as measuring the parameters needed in some control processes such as pressure, liquid level, flow rate and temperature, and related instruments and meters are needed.

9. Automation software

Automation software is the heart of automatic production line.

Due to the copyright of the integrated management and control trend control engineering network of industrial control system, the industrial control system is connected with the traditional IT management system and the Internet, and more and more common software, hardware and protocols are adopted internally. The common one is SCADA automation software.

10. Control cabinet

Control cabinet is the central system of automatic production line.

There are many kinds of control cabinets, including electrical control cabinets, frequency conversion control cabinets, low-voltage control cabinets, high-voltage control cabinets, pump control cabinet, power control cabinets, explosion-proof control cabinets, elevator controller, PLC control cabinets, fire control cabinets, brick machine control cabinets and so on.
