1. Controller

Its task is to help or replace human tasks, such as manufacturing, construction, or other dangerous jobs. 3. Servo motor

In the process of modern industrial production, especially automatic production, various sensors should be used to monitor and control various parameters in production, so that the equipment can work in normal conditions or situations and the quality of products can be achieved. 5, frequency converter

Frequency converter is the switch of automatic production line.

Variable-frequencyDrive,VFD (VFD) is a kind of power control equipment which uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology to control AC motor by adjusting the frequency of motor working power supply.

The frequency converter is mainly composed of rectifier (AC to DC), filter, inverter (DC to AC), braking unit, driving unit, detection unit micro-control components and so on. The inverter adjusts the voltage and frequency of the derived power supply by the internal IGBT, and provides the required power supply current according to the actual needs of the motor, thus achieving the effect of energy saving and speed change. In addition, the inverter has many protection functions, such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overvoltage protection.

6. Solenoid valve

Solenoid valve is the switch of automatic production line.

Automation software is the heart of automatic production line.

10. Control cabinet
