The technological process of automatic production line of LED filament lamp is a highly automated and precise process. First of all, the production line starts with the automatic production of glass core columns with driving chips and resistors. Raw materials such as glass horn tubes, conductive wires and exhaust pipes required for the production of glass core columns are put into the firing mold of multi-station automatic rotating machine in turn, and then they are fused and flattened by flame, and then moved to the conveying device by an automatic clamping manipulator and transported to the next processing procedure.

Then, the LED filament is automatically welded and fixed between the conductive wires to form the LED wick. Then, the lampshade and the wick are automatically sealed, vented and inflated for protection. The LED wick penetrates into the lampshade, and the lower opening of the lampshade and the glass core post are fused to form the LED bulb body. After vacuumizing through the vacuum exhaust device, inert gas is injected to seal the exhaust pipe.

After that, the lamp cap is automatically installed, and the LED lamp bulb is electrified. After identifying the defective products, the lamp cap is installed for the LED lamp bulb that normally emits light, and the tin spots of the positive and negative electrodes are fixedly welded to form the finished LED bulb. Automatic test and packaging are carried out, and then the light is tested again, and the normally luminous LED bulbs are packaged to complete the production.

In terms of technical requirements, an automatic clamping manipulator and a conveying device for moving products need to be installed between each working procedure on the production line, and the conveying device needs to be equipped with a product fixture fixture required by the corresponding working procedure. At the same time, the production line controller should have high stability and reliability, the servo motor should have high-precision speed and position control ability, and the sensor should have high sensitivity and precision to ensure the automation and accuracy of the production line.
